We were moving from Knoxville to Nashville and found the best value with this locally owned business vs the rates we were given by multiple nationwide and franchised moving companies. In the past it has also been our experience that those nationwide companies have added on charges at the end of the move as well… not so with King and Queen movers. Not only were they the best value but they went above and beyond the promised professional and on time service. Plus, our entire household arrived in perfect condition! Not even a chip on a dish! When I do a review on a company, trust me it’s because I truly believe in the company’s mission, values and morality. With that being said…when I decided to hire movers for my sister, it was a given that I was going with A-Team Hauling Services LLC. Wonderful company with A-1 owners! Well due to them being in such high demand and her move in date being moved forward by one week, I had to look elsewhere. So I started a FB search and came across King and Queen Movers. I WAS NERVOUS! I didn’t know these people at all, but they had quite a few recommendations so I gave it a shot. IM SO GLAD I DID! I don’t even know where to start with this company!Professionalism….lets start there. This company is owned and operated by the sweetest husband and wife Duo ever! When I sent my first message, it was returned in a timely manner and all of my 1000 questions were answered with such grace and patience.Convenience and Flexibility….we had soooo much going on that it was a struggle to meet with them in person so that they could give an accurate quote. So the wife, Whaletha Harvey, actually went above and beyond to do a virtual consultation at Teashea’s convenience.Customer Service….MY FAVE! OMG! The entire time the field crew were with my mom and sister, they kept calling me ranting and raving about this team. So I had to go meet them myself. SUPER PROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY personable. They handled each and every item with care as though it were their own. They even catered to my grandmother and made sure she was good…..WHILE STILL WORKING! They REFUSED to take a lunch break, even after my mom bought them lunch and drinks. They insisted they wanted to work first and eat later. The husband, Marcus, not only owns the company, but he’s in the field getting dirty. He would not accept a tip for himself, but gave us the okay to tip the other two movers.I really could go on and on, but yall get the point. If you need movers, definitely reach out to them. You won’t regret it.
